Professional Experience
Ginger Wilcox is a third generation real estate agent. Ginger began her real estate career in 1989. Working in a variety of roles, Ginger gained extensive knowledge in residential real estate, title and escrow. She received her Arizona real estate license in 1996. Specializing in residential real estate sales, Ginger worked in the East Valley area of Phoenix including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert. After moving to Northern California, Ginger took time away from the real estate industry to work as a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, Ginger had the opportunity to work directly with top executives in strategic business, sales and marketing planning. This experience expanded her marketing and sales expertise and gave her greater insight into current technologies and market trends. Although she loved the excitement of this position, she missed the real estate industry that she had grown up with and worked in for so many years. After moving to Marin County, Ginger worked with Coldwell Banker Greenbrae and luxury home specialty firm Decker Bullock in Mill Valley before moving to Pacific Union’s Greenbrae office in March 2005. Ginger’s extensive real estate background combined with her corporate sales and marketing experience enables her to offer her clients a unique service-- the knowledge of an experienced real estate professional and the marketing and technological savvyness of a corporate executive. Ginger is a licensed real estate broker. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in political science. Additionally, Ginger is a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute. This designation is one of the most widely known and coveted designations in the real estate industry.

In order to be an effective real estate resource for her clients, Ginger regularly attends educational classes and seminars. Ginger brings a wealth of knowledge to any real estate transaction. Ginger is a member of the Marin Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition, Ginger is a member of The Marin Group, a monthly agent networking group of top young real estate professionals in Marin.
Community Involvement
Ginger takes pride in her community involvement. She is an active member of The Junior League of San Francisco. In 2006, Ginger chaired the nationally recognized Home Tour, which raised more than $200,000 for the league’s community programs. In 2007, Ginger was awarded the prestigious Leader of the Year by the Junior League of San Francisco. She has also worked with numerous community programs including being on the Advisory Council for the Family Service Agency of Marin and working on Steering Committee for the St. Jude’s Research Hospital first annual gala in San Francisco. Ginger is also a member of the Southern Marin Mothers’ Club and the Ross Valley Mother’s Club.
